Hypnotherapy can and does help you to give up smoking, if you really want too. In a single two hour session, hypnotherapy can help to change your behaviour, strengthen your will power and help with the reason or reasons that you want to quit smoking.
At the end of the session you are supported by being given two recording that you will play to support your journey to becoming an ex-smoker.
